Working Out

I approach working out from various lenses and follow a few general concepts:

Weights/Resistance training is key for muscle development.  The more muscle that is developed, the easier it is to get rid of fat and trim the inches.

Do Something/Anything Everyday even if it's just 10 minutes: Being diligent about doing something everyday keeps you focused on the exercise and starts becoming more of a habit like brushing teeth than a chore.

Variety is the spice of life: Vary your routines!!!  I'm easily bored so this is essential for me plus you body will not depend on muscle memory, which lessens impact of your work out.

Progress Monitor: I do this daily as motivation.  Whether its lbs or inches, keep track.  This helps to keep you focused on your goal and holds you accountable

Below was a day at the gym doing arm training.  When I go to the gym, I hit the weights first, then cardio second.  I decide in advance whether it's legs, arms, stomach, all three, or a combination of two.
