Okay - not ever but definitely in a minute. So after the half marathon, I took about two weeks off. Hence, no blogging as there was nothing to say other than busy busy at work and lazy lazy around working out. Even so, this is how I looked. I was definitely afraid I had gained weight but no such thing occurred. Unfortunately I definitely do not have as defined muscles but will get those back soon. This is not my skinny-ier pic. Lol. This is my pic after two weeks of eating/drinking whatever after the half marathon because hey, I deserved it.
What's great though is this week I have been super intentional around calisthenics and severe reduction of calories. In fact just protein, veggies, water and liquor. :-D!!! Loss of another 5lbs. Thank you very much!!! So Im using the term calisthenics very loosely as all I do is 400 crucnches every day. 200 in the morning and 200 in the PM. Cardio def needs to pick back up. I plan to do that over the weekend. I think walking/running will be where it's at. Although now that I have decided to stay for another year, I think it's definitely time to bust my bike back out. Pic to come tomorrow AM, especially if I actually start back on the cardio.
In about 10 days, I will be in sunny Florida chilling with family and friends so definitely got to be on point and get ready to get my tennis back on.
