Getting Ready for Bday Bash

As I was afraid, last night was awash in terms of working out.  I had to got to three stores, all over town and back, to find an outfit.  Actually I have two.  Will decide which is for tonight and which is for another time later.  Of course I need to look FABULOUS for this evening's shindings so I forced myself awake this AM and did a work out.  I am determined to do one after work as well.

Today, I did bike at highest resistance pretty steady pace for about 45 minutes.  Then back to calisthenics.  Below are the the leg lift holds.  Hold on leg an inch of the ground with the other at a 90 degree angle (basically perpendicular).  Hold for 10 seconds.  Switch.  I do 10 on each side.
