Thank You to Those Who Have Been Motivating

In this season of thankfulness and giving, I am blessed to be surrounded by loving, encouraging, and motivating people.  I am not sure what I have done to deserve such love but I am filled with humility and gratitude.

This week has been quite slow in terms of my work out routine and a little lack in my eating regiment.  It's a struggle when the winter comes upon us and my thousands year old genes come in and want to hunker down.  But still I have fought the good fight and I am ready for the next round.  I'm going out of town this weekend (surprise, surprise) so we will start the full court double whammy press starting Tuesday.

10 days of liquid cleansing and at least 60 mins at the gym everyday NO MATTER WHAT!!!!  Who is in?!?!?!?!

Let me now take the time to recap the last few days:  Party Time!!!!

I swear I also got some calisthenics done in the mornings.  I have managed to lose another inch in the waist!!!  Yes, despite the debauchery this week and the continued debauchery that will definitely by happening in N'awlins this weekend!!!!

AM Work Outs this week:
30 push ups
40 plank push ups
60 second core holds
30 straight leg leg lifts
30 weighted squats
120 sec chair hold (against the wall with arms out and parallel to thighs)
20 L shaped holds (10 each side)
100 crunches
10 mins HIIT running

And I have cooked as well.  Breakfast this AM:

Egg white and turkey bacon sandwich on gluten/soy-free bread. Yummmm...
