Today, I did bike at highest resistance pretty steady pace for about 45 minutes. Then back to calisthenics. Below are the the leg lift holds. Hold on leg an inch of the ground with the other at a 90 degree angle (basically perpendicular). Hold for 10 seconds. Switch. I do 10 on each side.
Here's the view as I bike. And I listen to Beyonce to keep me motivated while I feel the burn!!!
