Before hitting the board walk I did some leg lifts and holds.

Chilling on the beach/boardwalk
What I ate:
Breakfast - turkey bacon
Lunch (after riding and getting back from the beach) - Salmon salad and a blood red orange
Dinner - lamb stuffing, salad, (no dressing) and 1/2 yam (plain)
What I drank besides water and tea with no sweetener or cream:
2 vodka gingers
2 small glasses of Prosecco
These were imbibed during a period of 5 hours
