For a work out before the debauchery, it was all about calisthenics - 200 crunches. 50 plank push ups. Something I learned, for every 100 crunches = 1lb loss. So at the very least, calisthenics every day!!!

We then had to rush for my red eye back to Nashvegas...
And yes, I changed into appropriate traveling attire. ;-)
